Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 or 3 slices of bread
- 1 small can of tuna
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small cucumber
- Yoghurt
- 1 slice of light cheese
Directions
- Wash the carrot and cucumber before packing into freezer bag.
- Put a slice of cheese between the bread and pack into sandwich bag.
