Stir Fried Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 3 large cloves of garlic (diced)
- 2 slices of ginger (optional)
Sauce
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Use 1 teaspoon of salt to soak the broccoli.
- Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and oil to the water. Bring water to boil before adding the broccoli.
- While blanching, make the sauce.
- Add the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and add water until there is a light brown consistency and mix.
- Dice the garlic into small pieces.
- Slice the ginger if you want to add it.
- Pour out broccoli into a strainer.
- Fry the garlic and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the dried broccoli into the wok and mix with the garlic.
- Be prepared with more water (if needed). Add the sauce into broccoli and mix.
