Steak And Broccolini
Quick and easy low carb meal.

- Cooking Time: 30 mins
- Serves: 2
Main Ingredients:
- Woolworths Porterhouse Steak (with herb and garlic butter)
- 1 bunch of broccolini
Directions
Broccolini
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and a teaspoon of oil.
- Wash and cut the broccolini into bite sized pieces
- Once the water is boiling, add the broccolini to the pot.
- Boil for about 5 mins with the lid off.
- Serving onto plates.
Steak
- If steak is frozen, defrost it first.
- Lightly oil and season with sailt and pepper.
- Sear the steak in a hot pan to seal in the juices.
- Add butter discs and reduce heat to low, continually base by rubbing the butter into the meat until melted.
- Cook 5 mins on each side or until well done.
