Simple Fried Rice
A quick and simple healthy fried rice recipe made for weekday lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen peas, carrort and corn
- 0.75 cup uncooked Rice
- 150g diced chicken breast
Directions
- Cook rice
- Marinate the chicken brease using soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and 1/2 teaspoon cornflour.
- Marinated for at least 20 mins.
- Stir fry the chicken, afd the vegetables, stir fry until the vegetables are cooked.
- Turn fire onto low heat.
- Add rice
- Add soy sauce
- Stir and serve
