  1. Hand squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice to a glass
  2. Add 2tbsp of honey
  3. Add the optional slice of ginger
  4. Add hot water and stir until the honey is infused
  5. Let the ginger steep for about 5 mins
  6. Put into the fridge
