Ingredients
- A lemon cut in half
- 2 tbsp honey
- A slice of ginger (optional)
Steps
- Hand squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice to a glass
- Add 2tbsp of honey
- Add the optional slice of ginger
- Add hot water and stir until the honey is infused
- Let the ginger steep for about 5 mins
- Put into the fridge
