Chicken Curry

  1. Marinate the chicken
    1. Add soy sauce
    2. Add oyster sauce
    3. Add white pepper
    4. Marinate for 15 mins
  2. Dice the onion, potato and carrot.
  3. Brown the onions in the wok.
  4. Brown the chicken in the wok.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and carrots
  6. Fill with water until it just covers the chicken and vegetables
  7. Add the 2 blocks of curry
  8. Boil and stir occasionally
  9. When it looks like most of the liquid is evaporated serve hot
