Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken thigh diced
- 2 potato diced
- 1 large carrot diced
- 2 blocks of Vermont Curry Hot
Directions
- Marinate the chicken
- Add soy sauce
- Add oyster sauce
- Add white pepper
- Marinate for 15 mins
- Dice the onion, potato and carrot.
- Brown the onions in the wok.
- Brown the chicken in the wok.
- Add the diced potatoes and carrots
- Fill with water until it just covers the chicken and vegetables
- Add the 2 blocks of curry
- Boil and stir occasionally
- When it looks like most of the liquid is evaporated serve hot
